The central government says an understanding has been reached between the Kogi state government and Dangote Gathering to return the Obajana concrete plant.

Mohammed Dingyadi, pastor of police undertakings, affirmed this to state house reporters toward the finish of the public safety chamber meeting on Friday in Abuja.

The Kogi government and Dangote Gathering have been in constant disagreement following a move by the state to close the concrete plant in the midst of a proprietorship tussle.

On Thursday, the state government demanded that the plant should stay shut subsequent to asserting that the implied move of the office to Dangote was not "proper".Dangote then again said its securing of the concrete plant followed fair treatment in spite of cases by the state government.

Answering the endeavors made to determine the question, Dingyadi said an understanding has been reached to guarantee the re-opening of the plant to give space for harmony in the state.

"An arrangement has been reached between the Kogi state government and the Dangote Concrete in Kogi on the need to re-open the production line and guarantee that there is harmony in the state," he said.

"Government is focused on the arrangement of work to residents instead of shutting processing plants will cause individuals jobless and we to do trust that the gatherings included will regard this arrangement and deal with the notice of understanding endorsed by the gatherings in question."

The clergyman said the arrangement was arrived at under the oversight of Ibrahim Gambari, head of staff to the president.
