NEW: Omarosa's neighbors sue, claiming Florida country club home she shares with pastor husband is 'moldy' and that her fetid swimming pool is at risk of filling with mosquitoes
Omarosa Manigault-Newman and her pastor husband John Allen Newman (center) have been hit with a lawsuit over the upkeep of their 'moldy' Florida home and fetid swimming pool (bottom right), DailyMail.com can reveal. Documents show neighbors are demanding the couple scrub their walls and repair or replace the roof of their $615,000 property in Jacksonville. Complaints about dead trees, dead grass, mold (top right) and an untreated swimming pool are also included in the suit filed last June. Newman, the respected leader of The Sanctuary at Mt. Calvary church, has faced a string of money troubles in recent years. He kept the four-bedroom, 3,000 sq ft property in his divorce settlement from ex-wife Andrea Johnson, but has since fallen behind in common fees and other charges to the tune of $11,063 according to the Jacksonville Golf & Country Club Property Owners Association.
