West Ham sack Tony Henry after he sparked a race row by saying the club do not want to sign any African players because they 'cause mayhem'

West Ham have sacked director of player recruitment Tony Henry after his controversial comments regarding African players over the January transfer window.Sportsmail broke the story on Wednesday night that Henry had sent an email to at least two agents asking them not to recommend African players. He later said that it is because 'they have a bad attitude' and 'cause mayhem' when they are not in the team.

The London Stadium club suspended Henry on Thursday and have decided to end his time at West Ham on Friday night.
