Shocking moment a man is seen repeatedly throwing his terrified pet greyhound into frigid seas in front of a horrified family

Witnesses reported seeing three men with nine muzzled greyhounds walking towards the pier in Hartlepool, County Durham, before one of the men repeatedly threw a dog into the cold water(pictured, clockwise from top left). One witness, who did not wish to be named, said he and his children were left shaken by what they saw happening to the animals and the RSPCA are asking people with information to come forward
