Kim Jong-Un's Foreign Minister threatens to shoot down American bombers even if they are OUTSIDE his airspace

Kim Jong-un's foreign minister (pictured today outside the UN in New York, left) has said President Donald Trump has declared war on North Korea. Ri Yong-ho insisted Pyongyang reserves the right to take countermeasures, including shooting down US strategic bombers (inset) even if they are not in the country's air space. The official, talking to reporters in New York, said: 'The whole world should clearly remember it was the US who first declared war on our country.'
