Taylor Swift in tears as Denver DJ's lawyer insists picture proves his client did not lift her skirt and touch her bare bottom in closing argument

Taylor Swift and Denver DJ David Mueller went back to court Monday for closing arguments. Mueller's attorney Gabriel McFarland said Swift's skirt was thick like a lampshade, meaning: 'He would have had to bend down to put his hand under her skirt.' On Friday, the judge threw out Mueller's case, saying the Swift could not be held liable for getting him fired. Swift's countersuit against Mueller still remains, with the singer seeking a $1 token award, accusing him of reaching under her dress and grabbing her buttocks during a photo.
