Barcelona jihadi suspect tells court the killings sprees were part of a plan for larger terror attacks using explosives
Mohammed Houli Chemlal (pictured left) appeared in Spain's High Court in Madrid today alongsde Driss Oukabir, Sahal El Karib, and Mohammed Allaa. They were all detained last week over their alleged role in the attack on Barcelona and Cambrils which left 15 people dead and 130 wounded. They are the only surviving members of an alleged terror cell of 12 said to have been behind the attacks, the other eight either died before the incidents or were shot dead by police. hemlal, 21, told the Spanish High Court that the group had been planning a much bigger attack using explosives, a judicial source said
