Royal Family welcomes Letizia and King Felipe to Buckingham Palace for the couple's first state visit to UK

 Queen Letizia and King Felipe VI of Spain joined the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh in a carriage procession towards Buckingham Palace (main) to mark the start of their three-day state visit to the UK. Felipe greeted the 91-year-old monarch warmly on Horse Guards Parade (top right) before enjoying a private lunch with the Royal family. The Mall (bottom centre) has been decked out in the Spanish flag, and gun salutes were fired from Green Park and the Tower of London this morning to welcome the royals.
