NEW Resplendent in a colourful dress emblazoned with a myriad of floral prints, the monarch, left, was in high spirits as she arrived at the grounds with her husband, Prince Philip, right. The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh joined a host of society guests, royals and A-listers as they arrived at Smiths lawn in Windsor on one of the hottest days of the year. The Queen, who celebrated her 91st birthday yesterday, inset, was a vision in her colourful ensemble, which she offset with a coordinating hat and her trademark pearls.
