Lily Harrison (left), from Stockport, suffered a shrapnel wound and bruised lung during the explosion that killed 22 people in Manchester Arena on May 22. She has been at the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital ever since. On Friday night the American popstar surprised Lily, her father Adam (inset) and the other youngsters at the hospital (right, with Jaden Farrell-Mann) as they got ready for bed. She brought the children presents and signed autographs during her ward visit. The 23-year-old is back in Manchester to perform at the One Love benefit concert.
