Crowds gather in their thousands as the first acts take to the Glastonbury stage

Sequin crop tops, 'glitter boobs' (pictured left) and wild costumes (right) were the name of the day as festival-goers slipped into their outlandish ensembles to enjoy another warm day at Worthy Farm in Somerset. Artists including Charli XCX (inset) were among the first to entertain the crowds, ahead of performances tonight from Dizzie Rascal, Lorde and headliner Radiohead.
