Ariana Grande song rings out at first Manchester terror attack funeral as grieving Hebridean community remembers 'gifted and beautiful' teenage victim Eilidh MacLeod

The grieving family of Eilidh MacLeod, 14, described her as a 'truly beautiful girl' ahead of her funeral on the remote Scottish island of Barra today, of which 1,000 people are expected to attend. Eilidh was one of 22 people murdered by ISIS inspired terrorist Salman Abedi, when he detonated a nail bomb during an Ariana Grande concert, at the Manchester Arena on May 22. The teen's funeral was held at a church on her beloved island home at 11am. In a statement her parents, Roddy and Marion, said: 'Today, as we take Eilidh on her final journey, our one hope is that her funeral is a real celebration of her life and the wonderful person she was.'
