Show-off boy racers face fury after taking their gaudy cavalcade of supercars to Westminster to 'pay their respects' to fallen policeman Keith Palmer and causing gridlock as his body is brought into Parliament
Supercars worth millions of pounds brought London to a standstill as a secret club of self-confessed 'boy racers' held a procession through the heart of Westminster in tribute to the victims of last month's terror attack. A gold-plated Bentley, a Lamborghini and a Ferrari were among the glamorous vehicles that were driven in unison past the Houses of Parliament. The procession (shown inset) was organised by the Piccadilly Boy Racers, a group which has previously caused chaos in the capital as pedestrians and tourists stop the high-end sportscars in their tracks to take photos and selfies. The club of businessmen and entrepreneurs told the MailOnline it wanted to speak up' against terrorism and 'bring people of all race and religion together as a symbol of peace, love and unity'. As the motorcade passed the Palace of Westminster (shown main) - from where Khalid Masood launched his murderous rampage that killed six - the drivers got out of the vehicles for several seconds to lay bouquets of flowers (pictured bottom right), earning the ire of police officers stationed outside (top right).
