Erie, Pennsylvania Police say Steve Stephens committed suicide around 11:10am on Tuesday. They say cops were tailing Stephens' white Ford Fusion when he shot himself driving. The 37-year-old Cleveland, Ohio man was wanted on charges of aggravated murder for the fatal shooting of 74-year-old Robert Godwin.
