Outrage as baggage handlers are caught on photo's hurling luggage from an easyJet plane onto the runway at Luton airport
The reckless handlers don't appear to show any respect or care for the passengers belongings, simply hurling them from the plane to the truck
Two baggage handlers at London Luton airport were seen throwing suitcases from an easyJet flight onto a truck to be transported to the terminal. The men work for a contractor called Menzies Aviation, who have pledged an investigation after the shocking footage emerged through Facebook. They were
filmed by a passenger, Jonas Ozolins, who spotted the reckless behaviour and uploaded the video
with the caption 'idiots'. He went on to say he hoped they would be fired after their reckless behaviour. In the clip, the two men stand on the truck and hurl the suitcases, packed with precious holiday souvenirs, from the plane onto the truck which takes them to the terminal for collection. The men appear not to notice when several of the cases land on the runway, showing bottom left and top right. easyJet and Luton Airport said they would be working with the aviation company to ensure high standards were maintained.
