Pc Palmer happily posed for a picture with US tourist Staci Martin just minutes before he was murdered by jihadist Khalid Masood outside the Palaces of Westminster during a horrific attack. Ms Ms Martin said: 'It's my first time in London and I see his hat and I'm like I have to take a picture of him with his hat,' she told ABC News.
