The famed 44-year-old, whose real name is Marshall Mathers III, unleashed the vitriolic attack in a profanity-laced verse on the song No Favours, which features on Detroit rapper Big Sean’s upcoming album I Decided, which is out next week.
The song contains the lines: "I'm anti, can't no government handle a commando/Your man don't want
it, Trump's a b**** I'll make his whole brand go under.”
The track also touches on other social issues such as alleged police brutality, racism in the US and the Flint water crisis.
A number of artists and activists within the US hip-hop community are said to be gearing up for a political battle with the newly installed Republican administration, with particular concerns being voiced about the appoint of Senator Jeff Sessions, who some see as being detrimental for reform of the criminal justice system, should be confirmed as the new Attorney General.
It is not the first time the Slim Shady singer has slammed Mr Trump.
I'm anti, can't no government handle a commando/ Your man don't want it, Trump's a b**** I'll make his whole brand go under
Eminem raps on the Big Sean track No Favours
Eminem recorded the eight-minute freestyle track Campaign Speech in October last year where he comments on the presidential election and attacked supporters of Mr Trump.
"But you should be afraid of this dang candidate/ You say Trump don't kiss a** like a puppet/ 'Cause he runs his campaign with his own cash for the fundin' and that's what you wanted / A f***** loose cannon who's blunt with his hand on the button/ Who doesn't have to answer to no one."
High profile personalities within the US hip-hop community have had an ambiguous relationship with the 45th President.
