Paula Patton claims ex Robin Thicke invited his drug dealer to their son's 5th birthday and that he punched her at the Cannes Film Festival in bombshell court documents as she fights for sole custody

Paula Patton won temporary custody of her six-year-old son on Thursday, after her mother had to call police when her ex Robin Thicke showed up and demanded to see their child earlier this month. And now more details are emerging about the couple's tumultuous - and allegedly abusive - relationship, thanks to court documents filed in the custody case. In the court docs, Patton claims that Thicke has been a long-time drug abuser, cheated on her shamelessly and even beat her on occasion. Thicke's lawyer, Angela Pierce di Donato, told People that the allegations were concocted because Patton herself had been violating the custody orders.
