MELANIA TRUMP, wife of the president of the United States, has had a somewhat changed image during her time in the limelight. Express.co.uk spoke to a surgeon about the plastic surgery he believes Melania has undergone to change her look.
Melania, 45, was born and raised in Sevnica, Slovenia, and claims she always dreamed of becoming a model.
The soon-to-be First Lady of the United States had a successful career after meeting fashion photographer Stane Jerko in 1987 at a modelling contest.
However, the fresh-faced looks of her modelling heyday seem to have had a little help from cosmetic professionals in her slide towards middle age.
Express.co.uk spoke exclusively to Mr Jag Chana, Consultant Plastic Surgeon, who explained what he believes Melania Trump has had done over the years.
Mr Chana said Melania’s nose was the main factor in her facial restructuring.
He said: “Comparing the earlier photo when she is younger and the later life pictures one can see that the nasal shape has changed.”
Melania has likely had her nose slimmed and made more shapely than in her earlier years.
Mr Chana added: “The nose is narrower and the tip is more refined.
“The very minor irregularities along the bridge line are suggestive of an osteotomy which is part of the procedure during a rhinoplasty which narrows the nose.”

He also suggested that the future first lady had the help of injectables to give her a luscious pout.
He said: “Compared to her younger photograph the top lip appears fuller. This likely as a result of lip fillers.”
Botox was also credited as a likely source of Melania’s middle-age look.
He said: “The forehead is completely smooth and wrinkle free – so likely botox.”
