Donald takes the oath (almost)! Two soldiers do their best Trump and Melania impressions at spectacular inauguration rehearsal

Greg Lowery, a 45-year-old band vocalist, and 28-year-old Sara Corry played the President-elect and the future First Lady, dressing the part in a red tie and white coat and heels respectively. They walked down the steps at the U.S. Capitol building before taking the route of the Inaugural Parade on Pennsylvania Avenue (right). Others stood in for Bill and Hillary Clinton who will attend Friday's swearing in ceremony (inset). Thousands of white chairs have been laid out for invited guests across the National Mall and hundreds of thousands more are expected to come in crowds to stand. While 250,000 tickets have been allotted, there will also be space for another 500,000 people to stand behind the ticketed area. The ceremony will begin at 9.30am on Friday with music from a handful of performers. However, Italian opera star Andrea Bocelli pulled out on Friday amid concerns for his safety and Broadway star Jennifer Holliday also saw her cancel her performance at a concert on the eve of the event.
