President-elect Donald Trump is set to take the oath of office before noon outside the Capitol Building. Mr Trump kicked the day off with a tweet at daybreak - saying 'It all begins today!'. He left Blair House around 8:30am to attend church at St. John's Episcopal with his family. As the Trump family attended church, President Obama was seen leaving a letter for the new president on the Resolute Desk in the Oval Office. The Obamas then welcomed the couple to the White House for tea before the swearing-in ceremony.
