Inmates at HMP Swaleside on the Isle of Sheppey, Kent, took control of A Wing earlier this afternoon. Prisoners filmed the rampage on mobile phones and posted the images of the destruction on the internet. Prisoners armed themselves with sticks during the disturbance, which is the fourth riot in a British prison over the past two months.
