'We'll never stop trying to reach England': Defiant Calais migrants vow to clamber on board lorries and trains crossing the Channel as the Jungle camp is torn down
Migrants living in the Calais Jungle, including Yakbal and Hodjamohel from Afghanistan (pictured), have refused to give up their dream of reaching the UK, just hours ahead of a planned French police operation to clear the squalid camp on Monday. If they refuse sanctuary in France, they face arrest and deportation. Many fear they will be returned to the first 'safe country', such as Italy or Greece, where they first registered.
