Heartless police officer wakes a homeless man sleeping in the streets by spraying him in the face with a water hose

Shocking mobile phone footage has captured the moment a policeman used a hose to spray a man sleeping by the side of the road (pictured). The incident was filmed from inside the car of two passers-by, who seemed to find the goings-on somewhat bizarre and funny. The video which has now gone viral on social media platforms is believed to have been snapped in the city of Baku, capital of Azerbaijan. It shows the officer, whose face is not revealed, standing right next to the unconscious man, who is lying on the pavement while dressed in a dark coat. The cop hosed the man directly in the face and on his head in an apparent attempt to wake him up.
