Jobless Luton couple with eight children say they are being 'neglected' by council
Arnold Mballe Sube and his wife Jeanne, 33, currently share their three-bedroom, end-
of-terrace home in Luton, Bedfordshire (inset), with their eight young children but describe it as 'terrible'. Mr Sube moved his family to Britain from France in 2012 so that he could study mental health nursing at the University of Bedfordshire. Luton Borough Council housed them in a hotel for almost four months before they moved to their current property.
