The luxurious five-bedroom villa was designed by Hamilton and built on the island of Grenada but he pulled out of plans after he split with Sherzinger last year (inset, the pair together) - enraging his developer Bernardo Bertucci. Mr Bertucci claims that due to the specifications made by Hamilton for the property, (pictured, the resort), which included a built-in recording studio, it will now be harder for him to sell.
