Islamic States' Ramadan death toll: How 800 have been slaughtered around the world since ISIS called 'four weeks of pain for infidels'


Almost 30 people a day have died around the world at the hands of ISIS extremists since the start of Ramadan in June after a call from a spokesman to make it a 'month of pain for infidels' in May.
