'When he followed me home, I fell in love': Victims of everyday sexual harassment hit back with sarcasm as #NoWomanEver trends on Twitter

Woman are taking to Twitter in their droves to fight back against sexual harassment - posting their sarcastic responses under the hashtag #NoWomanEver.

The trend was started by user @ImJustCeej, a 37-year-old woman named CJ from Atlanta, who took to social media to shame her harasser.

She originally tweeted: '"He blocked me from walking to the register when I was ignoring him in CVS and we been together since that day" - NO WOMAN EVER.'

Now hundreds of women are sharing their everyday experiences of 'casual' sexual harassment, such as catcalling and sexts, using the hashtag.

The tweets are both funny and sad, with the victims choosing sarcasm and wit to get their voices heard.
