The moment paedophile was snared by Dark Justice vigilantes after thinking he was about to meet a 13-year-old girl he had groomed online
Jeremiah Mace, 65, of Hetton-le-Hole, Tyne and Wear, had
been having explicit conversations with members of Dark Justice who
track down men who are seeking sexual activity with underage girls.
Mace, who was also having sickening chats with a vulnerable 15-year-old
girl at the same time, was
confronted by the group when he turned up to meet the girl in Newcastle city centre. The youngster, who sent Mace explicit pictures of herself engaging in a sexual act, was left 'suicidal' as a result of their contact and scared to walk the streets alone in case she bumped into him. He was arrested - and at Newcastle Crown Court, Mace pleaded guilty to attempting to meet a child after grooming, causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity and making indecent photographs of a child.
