Hallee Sorenson (pictured) from Maine, US, invited all her school friends and class mates to her 18th birthday party, but the teenager was left 'crying into her birthday cake' after none of them turned up. Her cousin posted a picture of the heartbreaking sight of Hallee eating cake alone at a table on Facebook, writing: 'Hallee sat at her party anxiously waiting for her friends to arrive so they could have fun....but Hallee's friends would never arrive. Not a single one.' With Hallee's next birthday approaching, her cousin is hoping the post will inspire well-wishers to send her cards to make her 19th birthday much happier.
