Chaos at Euro 2016: Shocking moment steward is nearly hit in the face as flare EXPLODES on pitch and Croatia-Czech Republic match is stopped after fans clash in the stands
Croatian fans were branded as 'sports terrorists' by their own team coach Ante Cacic after more than a dozen flares were thrown during tonight's Euro 2016 game in Saint-Etienne. At least one steward was injured as a group of hooligans started fighting among themselves in the dying moments of the game against the Czech Republic. UEFA has launched an investigation into the latest sickening violence to blight the championships in France. Croatian fans are seen as some of the most violent in Europe.
