Shocking scenes as Hibernian fans battle on the Hampden Park pitch with their Rangers rivals after their team won the Scottish Cup for the first time since 1902

Crowd trouble marred the end of the Scottish Cup final as Hibernian ended a 114-year wait to win the trophy. Thousands of Hibs fans streamed on to the pitch at the final whistle at Hampden Park and were met by Rangers fans, with some coming to blows (shown main). Hibs fans pulled down one of the goals (pictured top right and bottom right) as they took pieces of the net and the turf home with them as souvenirs following the historic win. Police horses (shown inset) were eventually brought on to restore order as police and stewards struggled to cope. Hibs won the match 3-2 with a David Gray goal in injury time. Hibernian boss Alan Stubbs said the ugly scenes at full-time at Hampden Park would not take the gloss off his side beating Rangers 3-2 to win the Scottish Cup for the first time since 1902.
