He has a discrimination case hanging over him but The Special One is still in line for one of football's top jobs: How controversial José Mourinho ALWAYS lands on his feet... but has he given his tactics away this time?

He has a discrimination case hanging over him, but that has not stopped José Mourinho - the self-titled 'Special One' - from landing a £75million deal to manage one of the most decorated clubs in world football. The Portuguese maverick is set to replace Louis Van Gaal as Manchester United boss in a £15-a-year five year contract. He is set to secure the plum position despite his upcoming legal wrangle with former Chelsea doctor Eva Carneiro (bottom right picture) due to resume in court in a matter of days. Pictures of Mourinho leaving his London home today (main picture) gave some hint of how he plans to fight the tribunal claim - he was clutching court papers annotated with remarks such as 'not true', 'it's fantasy' and 'I have never heard this allegation before' (top right).
