'Cocaine and booze binges turned Johnny Depp into an abusive monster': Bruised Amber Heard's court documents claim film star threw an iPhone at her face, beat her and left her fearing for her life

In court documents, where she states she was the victim of multiple domestic incidents during their 15-month marriage, Heard (left and centre, yesterday, and, right, on Saturday) said she 'lived in fear' of the Pirates of the Caribbean star and the idea he could return to the L.A. condominium they shared to 'terrorize me physically and emotionally.' The 30-year-old actress and her lawyer Samantha Spector appeared at the Superior Court of California County of Los Angeles on Friday where she filed for a domestic violence restraining order. In her declaration of petition for a restraining order, seen by DailyMail.com, Heard said: 'Johnny (left inset) has a long-held and widely acknowledged public and private history of drug and alcohol abuse. He has a short fuse. He is often paranoid and his temper is exceptionally scary for me as it has proven many times to be physically dangerous and/or life threatening to me.' Photographs of a smashed photo frame, broken glass (right inset), a discarded wine bottle and what appeared to be wine stains were included as exhibits in the restraining order Heard filed.
