After a poor 0-0 draw with Sunderland on Sunday, Arsenal are in fourth place in a season where they had led the Premier League for a number of weeks as usual contenders Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City struggled.
Redknapp, who also played for Tottenham Hotspur, Southampton and England, was scathing in his criticism for the French manager, who has now failed to win the League for a 12th consecutive season.
"It's like groundhog day," the pundit said on Sky Sports. "It looks like they're going to limp into the top four again and that, for me, is boring. They deserve better than that.
