Mustafa said nothing during his brief hearing today but gave the peace sign (pictured right) to gathered media as he was whisked away (left) in a police car from the courthouse in Larnaca, Cyprus. It comes as it was revealed he forced the jet's diversion - during which he took a photograph with hostage Ben Innes (inset) - to Cyprus because he was an escaped prisoner desperate to see his wife for the first time since 1994.
