Girl, seven, is killed in bouncy castle horror: Two men are arrested after giant inflatable with a child on it was blown 150 yards across a park at Easter fair
A girl, thought to be seven years old, has died after a bouncy castle was blown 150m across a park in Essex by strong winds during an Easter fair (top and bottom right). Emergency services were called at 4.15pm and two ambulances and an air ambulance arrived at the park, treating the girl on the ground before she was rushed to hospital. She is confirmed to have later died from the extent of her injuries. Two people have been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter by gross negligence, according to Essex Police. The scene (left) remains cordoned off as officers continue their inquiries.
