EXCLUSIVE: 'Your boy doesn't f*** about! Turn on the news lad': How British hostage sent text messages to his friend after he posed for a SELFIE with hijacker during EgyptAir ordeal

Ben Innes, 26, from Leeds, posed for a selfie with Seif Eldin Mustafa, who hijacked EgyptAir MS181 enroute to Cairo and forced it to fly to Cyprus, while being held hostage on the passenger jet. Mr Innes, a Health and Safety auditor, was one of four 'foreigners' held hostage along with members of the crew, during the six-hour standoff at Cyprus' Larnaca airport. He was one of the three last remaining hostages seen running across the tarmac (bottom left) in the moments before Mustafa disembarked the plane and surrendered to police just before 1pm Tuesday. However, instead of panicking about his plight, Mr Innes - a health and safety auditor - appeared rather calm about the hostage situation and sent the daring selfie to friends in the UK alongside the message: 'You know your boy doesn't f*** about. Turn on the news lad!!! (top right)'
