Drug dealer is tortured and beaten 'to death' with electrical cables after being caught by pro-Russian rebels in Ukraine

A shocking video of the man being tortured has gone viral on the internet. It shows the man begging for his life and tied with red tape to a wooden post as he is repeatedly whipped with electrical cables. His back is heavily bruised and bloody, which suggests he had whipped for a very long time before the video was taken. The whipping was carried out by a militant identified as 'Olkhon' who came to Communar from the central Russian city of Novosibirsk to support Ukrainian pro-Russian rebels.
