BREAKING NEWS: Audi careers into Costa Coffee packed full of shoppers in horrific accident on Christmas Eve

Police, ambulance and fire services rushed to the scene in Westerham, Kent, following the incident at about 10.30am in the high street area of the town. The vehicle was seen clipping cars coming from the direction of Oxted - and one local shopper described it as the worst accident they had ever seen, according to local reports. It was also claimed that the Audi A4 was occupied by an elderly couple and its roof was cut off by firefighters who attended the scene. Bridget Rowe, who lives nearby, told a local newspaper that it sounded 'like a bomb had gone off'. And another witness told MailOnline: 'An old man lost control of the car and ploughed straight into the shop. And then we could see people being carried out.'
