Stars bag fortune in Emmy goodie bags worth nearly £100k

Emmys
Every nominee, including Game of Thrones’ Emilia Clarke, pictured, is guaranteed to walk away with the most valuable “swag bag” yet.
It includes a five-night beach holiday for two at the luxurious Mulia Resort on the paradise island of Bali.
There’s also a week’s golfing at the Kinloch Club on New Zealand’s North Island and a weekend in a deluxe room at posh New York hotel Langham Place.
Other goodies include expensive skin products and cosmetics, and even gift certificates from Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr Dennis Dass.
LA-based media analyst Mike Raia said: “These are, by far, the most exotic giveaways ever seen at this event.
“It used to be that extravagance at this level was only seen at the Oscars.”
Blockbusters Downton Abbey and Game Of Thrones are up for best drama.
But they face tough opposition from Mad Men, Homeland and House of Cards.
Among the most fascinating individual clashes will be the one for best supporting drama actor with GoT’s Peter Dinklage, who plays Tyrion Lannister, up against Jim Carter – Downton butler Charlie Carson.
