Robert Mugabe, 91, reads the wrong speech while opening parliament, delivering the SAME 25-minute address he made one month ago (...and he didn't even realise)

Robert Mugabe opened Zimbabwe's parliament today by accidentally re-reading a speech he made just last month for a full 25-minutes.
The 91-year-old president failed to notice his mistake as he repeated his state of the nation address in its entirety.
Opposition representatives from the Movement for Democratic Change (MDC) were sent text messages during the speech warning them not to interrupt the veteran leader, who remained completely unaware that he's spoken the same words a month earlier.
Presidential spokesman George Charamba said: 'There has been a mix-up of speeches resulting in a situation where... the president delivered the wrong speech.
'The mix-up happened in his secretarial office. The error is sincerely regretted and corrective measures are being considered.'
The MDC have now called for Mugabe to resign, saying the blunder showed that 'he is too old' to continue on as president.
