Met Police have issued this CCTV footage of a man chasing a woman riding a bicycle before pushing her off.
The incident was captured on her helmet camera.
The woman, who is in her early 40s, was turning on to Sidney Street from Whitechapel Road, east London, when she passed a man about to cross the road.
He then makes chase down the street.
The victim slows down at the junction but is approached by the man, who shouts at her and pushes her off the bike into the path of passing traffic.
The woman managed to move out of the road and did not require hospital treatment.
Detectives said the woman was left upset following the assault.
