Pictured in a red bikini, the younger sister of the Duchess of Cambridge displayed her washboard stomach and toned physique while on holiday on the Caribbean island of St Barts. Pippa was snapped looking leam and tanned while lounging on a pontoon alongside her mother Carol, top right, as well as playing around with younger brother James, bottom right. Her figure is a testament to her fitness regime, which sees her often running through Central London, heading to her local gym, or cycling in the countryside near to her parent's home in Berkshire. The 31-year-old recently spoke out about how important exercise is to her saying: 'It is so important for the mind and body.'
