Miraculously nobody was injured when the red and grey 458 Italia, with a top speed of 202mph, lost control on the residential street in Luton on Sunday. Unsurprisingly the driver, who has not been named, has lost his £5,000 deposit after insurers took just three minutes to write off the supercar. Luxury car hire firm Prestige Lifestyle, who owned the car, said it was destroyed with just 4,600 miles on the clock.
