They shocked observers with their unlikely romance when they were spotted ambling along the cobbled streets of Capri in June.
And it seems billionaire James Packer's love for American singer Mariah Carey is going from strength-to-strength with the casino magnate telling News Corps Australia: 'Mariah is just incredible, amazing she really is...She’s a genius'. 
Gushing about his love interest, the businessman went on: 'Who else is there? There is Barbra Streisand, Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey. Not Madonna...Those three can sing five octaves...'
