The Calais migrants who DID make it to Britain: FOURTEEN are found in two separate lorries in Kent within hours of each other as they continue four-day assault on French Eurotunnel entrance

British police stop a lorry on the M20 just 15 miles from Folkestone
A total of 14 suspected illegal immigrants have been found stowed away inside two separate lorries within hours of each other in Kent today as British police step up patrols to deal with the Calais crisis. This afternoon, a dozen suspected
illegal immigrants were found hidden in the back of a Slovenian-registered lorry (inset) on the M20 as police carried out lorry-to-lorry patrols. Just hours later, two other men - believed to be from Iran - were found hidden inside a lorry in Ashford, Kent, and questioned by police (right). It came as Kent Police confirmed officers were also going lorry to lorry in Folkestone today after yet more migrants stormed the Channel Tunnel last night and managed to get into Britain. More than 150 people have successfully managed to clamber on trains bound for Kent in the past three days with a 'handful' making it to the UK overnight, Eurotunnel told MailOnline. It means more than 4,000 migrants (pictured top left on the tracks near the Eurotunnel in Calais, and bottom left being stopped by French police at a Calais petrol station) have now attempted to flee northern France in a desperate bid to try and make it to the UK.
