Ikea issues warning over 27 MILLION 'Malm' chests and dressers sold around the world after two US children were crushed to death

The furniture giant launched a campaign to encourage customers to secure the freestanding furniture (right) to walls and floorboards following the deaths of two toddlers in separate tragedies. Curren Collas (left with his mother, Jackie) was killed when the chest of drawers fell on his body at their home in West Chester, New York in February last year. Three months later another child died in similar circumstances in Snohomish, Washington.
