Six Jerusalem Gay Pride marchers stabbed by ultra-Orthodox Jew
Jerusalem Police confirmed that Yishai Shlissel had been released from prison three weeks ago having served ten years in jail for attacking the city's Gay Pride festival in 2005, where he injured three people. Shissel pulled a six-inch long knife from beneath his coat and stabbed at least six people before police officers wrestled him to the ground. Two of the wounded people are understood to be in a serious condition.
