Terrified dancer left 'unable to smile' after she was glassed by a total stranger while sitting in her car in a traffic jam

Chloe Knapton 'unable to smile' after she was glassed by stranger in traffic jam
Dancer Chloe Knapton (left and inset before the attack), 21, from Holmfirth, West Yorkshire, underwent surgery after a man smashed down her car window with a bottle leaving her with broken glass embedded in her neck and slashes to her face. The incident took place when Ms Knapton was driving home from a night out on Thursday last week. Ms Knapton had been driving with her friend, who was in a separate car, when they came across a bike lying in the middle of the road. Ms Knapton stopped her car when her friend left her vehicle to move the bike. But as she left the car a man waiting at a nearby bus shelter came hurtling towards them both with a glass bottle. The man then hurled abuse at the friend before walking up to the Ms Knapton's car and smashing the bottle against her window, shattering glass all over Ms Knapton. She lost a tooth and was left with deep cuts to her face, neck and shoulders (main and right)
